These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Raleigh Mold.
By requesting services, scheduling inspections, approving estimates, or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
Estimates & Scope of Work
All estimates provided by Raleigh Mold are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.
Additional damage, hidden microbial growth, moisture intrusion, or structural concerns discovered during remediation may require additional work and revised pricing.
Estimates are non-binding until approved by both parties.
Scheduling & Access
Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property, utilities, and work areas necessary for inspection and remediation services.
Failure to provide access may result in delays or rescheduling fees.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined within approved estimates or invoices.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees or collection efforts where permitted by law.
Mold & Environmental Conditions
Mold remediation and moisture control services are intended to reduce and remediate identified microbial conditions; however, Raleigh Mold cannot guarantee future mold growth will not occur if underlying moisture or environmental issues persist.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Maintaining utilities during service
- Correcting underlying moisture or water intrusion issues unless included in scope
- Removing personal belongings where necessary
- Informing Raleigh Mold of known hazards or unsafe conditions
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raleigh Mold shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from services performed.
Liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the applicable service.
Third-Party Testing
If third-party environmental testing or laboratory analysis is utilized, results are based on information and samples available at the time of testing. Raleigh Mold does not control laboratory findings or interpretations.
