Walt is obviously an expert in his field, and he and his staff were extremely knowledgeable about the Mold Remediation and Prevention strategies that were needed to complete the work in the crawl space of my parents' home. They responded very quickly, with a written quote (the same day of inspection) which was critical to us because of my Mom's health issues. They then worked with us to get this work scheduled and completed quickly. The entire team was so easy to work with answering any questions we had, and did a superior job. Raleigh mold was professional and informative in their mold remediation services. The technicians were knowledgeable and explained to me the peroxide chemicals that they use in spraying the crawl space and what it does to the mold. They showed me areas of severe mold under the house before and after the service. They replaced my old insulation vapor barrier and mold removal for a good price. Im very happy with the service and would use them again.

Walt answered his phone, came when he said he would, provided a clear reasonable quote, came back to complete the job when he said he would, cleaned up and was very pleasant. All this to say he was easy to work with and did what we agreed to. I would recommend him to anyone with a mold issue.

I had an urgent issue with mold in my bedroom vent. Upon contact they were able to do a same-day inspection and issue a very reasonable quote. I did not feel that they charged me more resulting from the urgency. Two days later they executed the work. They were on time, on budget and extremely professional. Will be relying on them in the future if new issues arise.

Very responsive to my call. Professional knowledgeable and helped me understand what mold was all about. Had an entire utility room with mold down to sub flooring etc. worked to get it down as soon as possible. Would never consider anyone but this company. Highly recommend Walt Smith and his company!
