Walt is obviously an expert in his field, and he and his staff were extremely knowledgeable about the Mold Remediation and Prevention strategies that were needed to complete the work in the crawl space of my parents' home. They responded very quickly, with a written quote (the same day of inspection) which was critical to us because of my Mom's health issues. They then worked with us to get this work scheduled and completed quickly. The entire team was so easy to work with answering any questions we had, and did a superior job. I expect excellent customer service, and that is what we received from Raleigh Mold! Raleigh mold was professional and informative in their mold remediation services. The technicians were knowledgeable and explained to me the peroxide chemicals that they use in spraying the crawl space and what it does to the mold. They showed me areas of severe mold under the house before and after the service. They replaced my old insulation vapor barrier and mold removal for a good price. Im very happy with the service and would use them again.

I had an urgent issue with mold in my bedroom vent. Upon contact they were able to do a same-day inspection and issue a very reasonable quote. I did not feel that they charged me more resulting from the urgency. Two days later they executed the work. They were on time, on budget and extremely professional. Will be relying on them in the future if new issues arise.

After two consecutive months of speculation, runny nose and eyes, and a long overdue resolution, I summoned Raleigh Mold. Walt came to the rescue and conducted an inspection, coupled with air quality analyses which revealed both high moisture areas and elevated spores overlooked by virtue of unprofessional quick fixes and incomplete diagnoses (executed by other individuals prior to Raleigh Mold's inspection). I highly recommend Walt/Raleigh Mold versus self/amateuristic diagnoses to pinpoint trouble spots. Moreover, It's a nominal investment for acquiring heightened health, safety and overall peace of mind. A+++++

This company is exactly what they say they are. Good, clean, honest, hard working professionals who want to do right in the world. We never felt pressured. The proposal and work were done timely. We found a few bubbles on our wall in our kitchen in the townhome we recently purchased. It turned out to be the previous owners put a nail in the wall that poked a hole in the water pipe. Our home warranty covered the leak, but the leak had caused mold on the inside of our kitchen drywall and the home warranty did not cover that. Mold is my worst nightmare. I called Walt and he was able to come out the same day and give a price quote (very reasonable). He sent out Greg the next day to fix it. Walt and Greg were great to work with. They were both pleasant, honest, and did the job right. While Greg was fixing the mold I started panicking that there was mold in another place in our townhome because of a roof leak. I called Walt and he asked a few questions about it and let me know over the phone I didn't have to worry about that spot until I saw these other warning signs. This company really saved us, thank you so much!

We discovered a moldy odor in a closed off space in our basement. Walt Smith, owner of Raleigh Mold Inspection and Remediation came and with a visual inspection showed us black mold. On his recommendation he completed a thorough inspection including air and swab samples. By the end of the week we had Walt's report, the lab report from the air and swab samples, and his estimate. His estimate is very reasonable, we look forward to him making our home healthy and safe. He is a true professional and knows his business.This is not the first time we have used Raleigh Mold Inspection and Remediation. We were renting a home with black mold on the drywall of the basement which was remediated thoroughly in a timely fashion. We recommended Walt Smith to a friend who bought rentals needing mold inspection and remediation services, again completed successfully, quickly and priced reasonably.

I live in an apartment and when mold made me very ill, the complex brushed me off. I called Raleigh Mold Inspection and Remediation who came to my rescue. Raleigh Mold Inspection and remediation performed our desperately needed mold remediation! The mold was at fearful levels and Walt and team were very thorough and worked extremely hard! Walt created a service plan that attacked the removal of the mold in a meticulous order and the work processed throughout the week. Topping it all off with microbial sealant to ensure the mold will not return. At the end of the work, a new air test was performed and our levels had been reduced to almost nothing! Walt left the air scrubbers running another 5 days to absolutely ensure that all mold was eliminated! Our home is now healthy and our fears are alleviated!

Very pleased!I had my entire crawl space revamped by Walt and his crew. First off, a new French drain that Walter dug himself! They filled in cracks in the bricks They removed all the old insulation, the old vapor barrier and installed a sump-pump. They worked very hard, Walter answered every single question: traded over 30 emails! The new insulation and vapor barrier went in and looks great! I could sleep down there if I wanted too. The mold has been addressed, the moisture too.......all in all I am very happy with what they did for me.This was a big job for me, and I was very nervous and concerned, but Walt always gave me confidence in what he was doing: always!They left the area's that they worked in clean, and free of debrisIt was a pleasure working with Walt, I would certainly employ him again if the need were to arise.
